The heat sink does a good job of ridding heat from the Washington 10 meter radio, but during long key-downs on 10 meter FM, full duty simplex, it’s a smart idea to have two fans blowing on the heat sink. Fortunately, President has made it easy to mount two fans to the heat sink. There are two connectors mounted on the circuit board that makes installation a breeze.
